The audio slide show "Cowboys & Cul-de-Sacs" is the result of many visits to the small city of Helotes and the surrounding area since March 2007. Last week Helotes was ranked 3rd out of eight "boom towns" named by the Gadberry Group for 2008. According to the group, since 2000, household growth increased by 352 percent.

This is great! I love the photo of the beauty pageant where it is all black except for the line and the two girls.
